La Brava Ganxona
This Mediterranean interpretation of a German Pils is characterized by its clean, low-fermentation profile and the unique inclusion of local algae. It presents a pale gold hue beneath a creamy, persistent head. The sensory experience is defined by a light, balanced aroma of grainy Pilsner malt and subtle herbal hops. Appearance. Pale gold (3 SRM), brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
