Pale Ale 4.8 º 25 IBU
This American Pale Ale, brewed with pure water from the Madrid sierra, presents a distinctively malt-forward profile. A deep copper hue is accented by a persistent, creamy head that leaves intricate 'Brussels lace' on the glass. The sensory experience is led by toasted malt notes of bread and light caramel, complemented by a unique cherry ester profile and a subtle floral hop character. While the initial sip offers a mild bitterness, it is quickly balanced by the sweetness of specialty toasted malts. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this artisanal ale remains light and highly drinkable with a clean, smooth, and balanced finish.
Appearance. Deep amber to light copper (approximately 13 SRM). Unfiltered with a noticeable haze. Large, creamy off-white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring dominant bready and toasted malt character. Low to moderate fruity esters suggesting red cherry. Low hop aroma with soft floral and earthy notes.
Taste. Initial impression of mild hop bitterness quickly followed by supportive toasted malt sweetness. Flavors of biscuit and subtle caramel predominate. Low fruity yeast character provides complexity. The balance is remarkably even, finishing clean and off-dry with a lingering toasted grain aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Features a smooth, creamy texture and a crisp finish without any alcoholic warmth or astringency.
