This elegant German Pils, crafted as a refined Italian-style lager, presents a bright sensory profile marked by a sessionable 4% ABV. The experience begins with a bouquet of high-intensity floral and spicy Noble hop aromas, layered over a subtle foundation of doughy, cracker-like malt. On the palate, a delicate grainy sweetness is rapidly eclipsed by a firm, crisp bitterness that defines the style. Its light body and high carbonation lead to a remarkably dry, clean finish with a lingering herbal snap. Sophisticated and refreshing, it emphasizes a clean fermentation and a sharp, hop-forward balance.
Appearance. Straw to light gold in color (2–3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a tall, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high hop intensity with prominent floral, herbal, and spicy notes. Low grainy, doughy, and cracker-like malt character. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or sulfur.
