Despite its slightly higher strength, the profile remains exceptionally clean, showcasing faint fruity esters of apple and pear. The palate is rounded and smooth, transitioning from a soft malty opening to a crisp, dry finish. It serves as a sophisticated example of the style, emphasizing freshness and a harmonious integration of yeast, malt, and traditional hop character.
Appearance. Medium yellow to light gold (4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Delicate, fine-textured white head with moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean, grainy-sweet malt presence. Subtle fruit esters suggesting red apple or pear are present alongside a low, elegant floral and spicy hop character. Fermentation is very clean with no diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, grainy maltiness with light bready notes. The flavor is a delicate balance of medium-low bitterness (approx. 25 IBU) and low herbal hop notes. Very light fruitiness adds complexity without residual sweetness. The finish is soft, dry, and crisp.
