L`Ombria Red is a balanced American Amber Ale that presents a striking copper-red hue, offering a unique sensory profile defined by its distinctive red lollipop and wildflower honey notes. Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Pronounced caramel and honeyed malt character with supporting notes of toast. Low to moderate herbal and fresh-cut grass hop aroma. Unique fruity esters reminiscent of red berry candy and cherries. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial malty sweetness featuring honey and medium caramel flavors. Moderate toasty malt complexity follows. Hop flavor is moderate with an herbal, slightly spicy, and grassy character.
