This Belgian Tripel from L’Ermitage presents a sophisticated interplay between traditional monastic esters and modern dry-hopping. It pours a deep, brilliant gold with a dense, rocky white head. The sensory profile is defined by a complex fusion of peppery, clove-like phenols and bright citrus esters, specifically orange and lemon. The addition of Endeavour hops introduces a distinctive spicy and slightly herbal character that elevates the yeast-driven spice. A light, honey-like Pilsner malt foundation supports the high attenuation, leading to a crisp, effervescent, and remarkably dry finish. Despite its strength, the alcohol is beautifully integrated, providing only a gentle, sophisticated warmth.

Appearance. Deep yellow to pale gold (SRM 5-6) with brilliant clarity and high effervescence. Features a long-lasting, creamy, rocky white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring a seamless bouquet of peppery phenols and fruity esters reminiscent of orange peel and ripe pear. The Endeavour hops contribute a unique spicy, herbal, and slightly earthy aroma. A light, grainy-sweet malt presence provides a soft, honey-like background.
