Jurassic is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of the East Coast style through a potent blend of Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, and Idaho 7 hops. The sensory experience is defined by a massive "dank and juicy" profile, where pungent mango and tropical exotic fruits from the Galaxy and Citra collide with the resinous, cannabis-like sativa notes of Idaho 7. Enigma adds layers of complex citrus that lead into a refreshing, resinous finish. Despite its 7.5% ABV, it maintains a soft, approachable character, balancing an explosion of tropical saturation with a smooth, drinkable body and a clean, citrus-forward aftertaste.
Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a characteristic hazy, opaque glow. It supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus. A noticeable resinous, dank character underpins the fruit, supported by a low, neutral bready malt character and clean fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor with an immediate burst of tropical fruit and citrus. The mid-palate reveals resinous pine and subtle herbal notes. Bitterness is moderate but smooth, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the soft malt. Finishes off-dry and juicy with a lingering citrus aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that reflects its strength without being abrasive.

"At the start of the summer, we had the chance to welcome our friend JeanJass to the brewery for a collaboration as we like them. Thus was born Jurassic, an IPA brewed with a blend of 4 extremely aromatic hops (Citra, Galaxy, Enigma & Idaho7). On the nose we have a nice explosion of exotic fruit notes, on the palate citrus aromas dominate, to finish on a resinous and refreshing bitterness. We are somewhere between sativa and mango. The juicy, resinous side and slightly cloudy reminiscent of East Coast IPAs. It has a 7.5% title, while maintaining a high pintability. Dank & Juicy!"
