This American IPA serves as an approachable gateway into the hop-forward category, leading with a bright bouquet of citrus and tropical fruit. The use of Citra delivers a distinct fruity essence, while Cascade contributes classic grapefruit and fresh pine notes. Underpinned by a subtle backbone of blonde and caramel malts, the beer maintains a light, crisp structure. Columbus provides a clean, firm bitterness that defines the style without overwhelming the palate. Thanks to generous dry hopping, the aromatic intensity is elevated, offering a refreshing sensory experience that concludes with a clean, hop-accented finish.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (approx. 7–9 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high aromatic intensity featuring vibrant notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, and tropical fruit from Citra and Cascade. A secondary layer of resinous pine and subtle earthiness from Columbus is present. Low grainy-sweet maltiness with a hint of caramel supports the hop-forward profile. Clean fermentation with minimal esters.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and hop-centric. Flavors of citrus peel and tropical stone fruit dominate, followed by a light, toasty malt sweetness from the caramel malt. Bitterness is moderate but firm, well-integrated and not harsh. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering citrus and pine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, refreshing texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the crispness. No alcohol warmth or astringency is perceived.
