This American Lager, rooted in the brewing traditions of Alsace and Obernai, delivers a clean and exceptionally refreshing sensory profile. The experience is centered on a delicate grainy-sweet malt foundation with a neutral character that emphasizes drinkability. Appearance. Brilliantly clear, pale straw to light yellow color (2-3 SRM). It is topped by a white, frothy head with moderate to low retention and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean, grainy-sweet malt character. Very light floral or spicy hop aroma may be present. Fermentation profile is extremely clean with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. Features low grainy malt flavors and a subtle corn-like sweetness. Hop bitterness is low (8-15 IBU context), providing a gentle balance to the malt. The finish is dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation that produces a noticeable carbonic bite. Smooth texture with no alcohol warmth and zero astringency.
