This American IPA presents a vibrant, sensory-forward profile defined by its double dry-hopped New England-style approach. Dominated by the punchy interplay of Galaxy and Citra hops, the experience leads with intense aromas of passionfruit, ripe peach, and bright lime zest. Despite its sessionable strength, the beer maintains a soft, pillowy texture typical of the style. The palate delivers layers of tropical fruit and citrus oils supported by a lean, bready malt base. It finishes clean and crisp with a restrained bitterness that highlights hop freshness over bracing resin, making for a refreshing and aromatically dense experience.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Distinctive, opaque haze characteristic of the style. Thick, frothy white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical passionfruit and peach from the Galaxy hops, layered with grapefruit and lime peel from the Citra. Very low, clean, crackery malt character. Fermentation is clean with only minor hop-derived esters.
