Toxinmorph is a quintessential German Pils that highlights the precision of the Weihenstephan house lager strain. It pours with brilliant clarity, releasing a bouquet of moderate-high floral and spicy notes driven by a thoughtful combination of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz hops. The addition of a light dry hop enhances the herbal complexity without sacrificing the style's signature crispness. On the palate, a lean backbone of grainy, cracker-like malt provides just enough support for a firm, assertive bitterness that lingers into a bone-dry finish. This is a highly attenuated, refreshing lager defined by its clean fermentation and traditional noble hop character.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 2-4) with brilliant clarity. It is topped by a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma featuring classic spicy, herbal, and floral notes from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz. A low to medium grainy-sweet, doughy malt presence provides a cracker-like base. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean and free of esters.

Taste. Initial impressions of light, grainy malt are quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and flavors of spicy herbs and floral honey. The balance is decidedly bitter and crisp, leading into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering noble hop aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, refreshing character. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle on the tongue. It feels light on the palate with a faint, flinty mineral sharpness and no alcohol warmth.
