This session-strength take on an American IPA delivers an assertive hop profile atop a streamlined Pale malt foundation. Vibrant aromatics of tropical fruit and bright citrus are driven by a complex layering of Mosaic and Citra hops, utilizing modern extracts for a concentrated sensory impact. The palate is defined by a lush, creamy texture that belies its modest alcohol content, offering a medley of stone fruit and berry notes. Appearance. Medium gold color (approx. 7 SRM). Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with moderate lacing. Displays a light, attractive haze consistent with heavy dry-hopping techniques.

Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by tropical fruit (mango, guava), citrus (pink grapefruit), and subtle blueberry notes. A low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a subtle background. Esters are low and present as light peach.
