On the palate, the hop-forward character is immediate but smooth, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone and a creamy, medium body. Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy clarity and a vibrant shine. It supports a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
