This playful American IPA captures the essence of Autodrop Cadillac candies, blending forest fruit confectionery with a crisp hop profile. Appearance. Color is medium gold to light reddish-amber (approx. 9 SRM). Crystal clear with a medium-sized, off-white head showing good persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity berry-forward aroma; prominent notes of strawberry, raspberry, and mixed forest fruits from the candy infusion. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle backing. Clean fermentation profile with light floral hop notes in the background.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of red berry sweetness followed by a medium-high hop bitterness. Flavors of forest fruit candy dominate the mid-palate, supported by a low toasty malt character. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy, and fruit-tinged aftertaste. Bitterness is firm but not harsh.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated. No astringency.
