This celebratory Belgian Golden Strong Ale offers an effervescent and sophisticated sensory experience. Despite its potent 11% ABV, the beer remains remarkably nimble on the palate, driven by a base of crisp Pilsner malt and a highly attenuated, bone-dry finish. Intricate aromas of ripe pear and delicate floral notes greet the nose, followed by a peppery phenolic bite characteristic of traditional Belgian yeast. On the palate, herbal hop bitterness balances a subtle grainy sweetness before fading into a warming, lingering aftertaste. It is a complex, sparkling ale that conceals its substantial strength behind a mask of elegance and lively, prickly carbonation.
Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM) with brilliant clarity and high effervescence. Features a massive, long-lasting, rocky white head that leaves characteristic Belgian lacing on the glass.

Taste. Leading with pear-like esters and soft malt, the flavor quickly evolves into a spicy, peppery alcohol character. Moderate herbal hop flavors are supported by a medium-high bitterness that is accentuated by the high attenuation. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering spicy warmth.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body, which is surprisingly thin given the high gravity. Very high carbonation creates an effervescent, prickly sensation. Noticeable, smooth alcohol warmth is present without being hot.
