Germany's dark beer No. 1! * The classic is made in the traditional brewing process - in the copper sunda pan. The dark barley malt gives the beer its typical color and creates a caramel-like flavor. In combination with the best aroma hops a tasty beer with a slightly bitter taste is created. It is, without question, the culmination of the royal brewing tradition of today.
INGREDIENTS Water, barley malt dark and light, hops extract Brewing water:Brewing water from one to the production of the king Ludwig dark special quality.
Malt: Light and dark malts of selected and controlled two-line spring barley of certain varieties and provenances.
Hop: Hops, which each year from hundreds of samples of harvest-fresh batches of high-quality varieties from recognized best provenances by hand rating and sophisticated analysis method is put together so that it meets the profile requirements for the king Ludwig dark. (In order to maintain this harvest-fresh quality throughout the year, these selected lots are extracted with pure CO 2 or alcohol immediately after selection )
Yeast: Yeast specifically selected for bottom-fermented King Ludwig Dunkel to achieve the unique character of this premium beer.
Alc 5.5%
