This Baltic Porter presents a decadent sensory profile, shaped by its extended maturation on Teeling Whiskey barrels. The aroma is a sophisticated blend of rich caramel, toasted nuts, and deep licorice, accented by whiskey-derived notes of vanilla and charred oak. On the palate, a velvety sweetness gives way to complex layers of raisins, dried cherries, and the smooth roasted character of debittered dark malts. The high alcohol content provides a deceptive, well-integrated warmth that complements the full body. Smooth carbonation enhances the luxurious mouthfeel, finishing with a lingering, vinous aftertaste of dark fruit and refined Irish whiskey character.

Appearance. Opaque dark brown with deep garnet highlights (SRM 28). Crowned by a thick, persistent, creamy tan head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by rich maltiness featuring notes of toffee, deep toast, and dark chocolate.
