At 13% ABV, it opens with an intense aromatic profile of dark-roasted coffee and toasted hazelnut, underpinned by the creamy sweetness of coconut. The mouthfeel is exceptionally full and velvety, a hallmark of its high viscosity and heavy body. On the palate, deep layers of bittersweet chocolate and charred grain meld seamlessly with the nutty and tropical adjuncts. Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Pours with a dense, dark tan head that shows moderate retention. Significant viscosity is evident through thick legs forming on the glass walls.

Aroma. High intensity; rich aroma of dark-roasted coffee and toasted hazelnuts takes center stage. Secondary notes of coconut flakes and bittersweet chocolate are prominent. Subtle dark fruit esters reminiscent of prunes blend with a smooth, noticeable alcohol presence. Hop character is very low.

Taste. Intensely flavorful; initial impression of rich dark chocolate and espresso. The hazelnut and coconut provide a dessert-like complexity that supports the heavy malt base. Moderate to firm bitterness from roasted grains and hops provides balance. The finish is long and warming with a lingering nutty, roasty aftertaste that remains smooth.

Mouthfeel. Very full-bodied, chewy, and viscous with a liqueur-like texture. Low to moderate carbonation enhances the velvety, luscious mouthfeel. Significant but smooth alcohol warmth is present and well-integrated. No astringency.
