This refined Belgian Dark Strong Ale presents a sophisticated sensory profile shaped by fourteen months of maturation in ex-Bourbon and new French oak barrels. A rich, bready-toasty malt backbone delivers deep caramel notes, seamlessly integrated with intense esters of raisins, figs, and dried plums. The barrel aging introduces elegant layers of vanilla, toasted coconut, and subtle wood spice that complement the spicy Belgian yeast character.
