The use of Citra and Mosaic hops delivers an intense bouquet of tropical mango, zesty pink grapefruit, and subtle hints of blueberry and pine. Its hazy appearance suggests a soft, pillowy texture that carries these lush fruit notes across the palate. Despite the approachable alcohol content, it maintains a classic hop-forward balance with a clean, grainy malt backbone and a refreshing, dry finish. Appearance. Luminous pale gold to medium yellow (4–6 SRM) with a persistent, frothy white head leaving decorative lacing. Notable haze creates an opaque, glowing presentation.
Aroma. High intensity hop-driven aromatics featuring prominent notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra, complemented by Mosaic’s complex layers of mango, blueberry, and a touch of earthy pine. Low, clean grainy maltiness provides a neutral base, while fermentation remains very clean with minimal esters.
Taste. Immediate burst of tropical and citrus fruit flavors, mirroring the hop aroma with distinct tangerine and stone fruit characteristics.
