Appearance. Straw to light golden (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a low to moderate white head that shows good retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring prominent grapefruit and orange peel from Citra, alongside Mosaic-derived blueberry and peach. A low, clean bready malt aroma provides a stable base. Fermentation character is clean with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is of bright citrus and tropical fruit. Hop flavors of orange, lime, and stone fruit are pronounced, supported by a low, cracker-like bready malt character.
