This refreshing Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer captures the spirit of the parched deserts of Mexico and California, delivering a quintessentially thirst-quenching experience. The sensory profile is defined by a bright, zesty lime character that dances over a clean, crackery malt base featuring subtle notes of flaked maize. Appearance. Pale straw (SRM 2-3). Brilliant clarity with a thin, bright white head that shows moderate retention and light lacing.
