4.8% There is just something about Spring Time in the PNW – she can be cold, she can be rainy, she can be record-breaking hot – but the one consistent is that almost overnight nature blooms, leaving a bounty of treasures to find, for those who look.    This beer celebrates this wonderful time and and the people who take advantage of it. A sparkling and hoppy Pils using traditional Hallertau Mittelfruh and Czech Saaz, made extra special with the Dry Hop addition of Nelson Sauvin hops. Enjoy! We know we will 🙂
