  5.8%    Bursting with tropical, dank, and berry fruit we employ a number of tricks to increase biotransformation including mash hopping with Hollingbery Cascade and fermenting with the thiol inducing yeast, London Tropics from Berkeley Labs. A simple malt base of pilsner and wheat malt with moderate portions of Flaked Wheat and Rolled Oats lay the foundation for a big hop expression. Indie Farms Strata headlines in this beer backed up by generous amounts of tropical bright Vic Secret from Australia and fruit forward Mosaic (Cryo & Incognito).
