Your Stoutness is a robust Imperial Stout crafted to combat alpine chills, delivering an intense sensory experience through a deeply roasted malt profile. The character is dominated by evocative notes of freshly roasted coffee and rich dark chocolate, creating a decadent foundation. This dark intensity is layered with complex esters of dried fruits, such as plums and raisins, which emerge as the beer warms. The mouthfeel is notably smooth and silky, providing a luxurious, velvety texture that carries a gentle, well-integrated alcoholic heat. Every sip concludes with a bittersweet, lingering roast, harmonizing the decadent malt richness with a firm, structural bitterness.
