The blend of American, Australian, and New Zealand hops creates an intense sensory experience featuring bright pink grapefruit, zesty passionfruit, and resinous pine. Its lean malt structure provides a crisp, cracker-like canvas, allowing the complex hop oils to dominate without heavy caramel interference. Expect a bright, clean fermentation that emphasizes the interplay between tropical Southern Hemisphere notes and classic Pacific Northwest citrus. Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that exhibits excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring waves of passionfruit, crushed lime, and grapefruit pith. Subtle underlying notes of resinous pine and floral spice. Malt is low and clean, presenting as simple grainy-sweetness.
