Dappled presents as a quintessential sessionable Czech Premium Pale Lager, emphasizing the rustic elegance of floor malted Bohemian barley. This base provides a rich, bready foundation that supports the dual hop profile of Saaz and Premiant. The Saaz hops offer their hallmark spicy and herbal bouquet, while the Premiant adds a clean, floral depth and structural bitterness. The balance is remarkably even between malt and hops, leading into a long, clean finish that is never harsh or aggressively dry.
