This Double IPA presents a sophisticated hop profile driven by the unique combination of Waimea, Waiti, and Equinox. It opens with an assertive herbaceous and spicy aromatic lead, followed by delicate floral notes and a deep fruity undertone reminiscent of stone fruit and lime. The interplay of Waimea’s resinous pine and Waiti’s peach-like softness creates a layered experience. Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM) with brilliant clarity to a very slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent herbaceous, spicy, and floral notes. Secondary layers of tropical fruit, lime, and stone fruit emerge, supported by a low, clean, grainy malt character and a neutral fermentation profile with a hint of clean alcohol.
