Aroma. Moderate intensity. Clean, grainy-sweet and lightly biscuity malt profile. Hop character is softly citrusy, reminiscent of lemon peel, alongside light floral notes. Very low fruity esters; neutral fermentation character.
Taste. Initial grainy malt sweetness with a notable biscuit-like flavor. Hop flavors of citrus and spring flowers are moderate in strength. Moderate bitterness balances the malt backbone without becoming aggressive. The finish is clean and medium-dry with a short, pleasant hop aftertaste.
