This straw-colored Ordinary Bitter presents a refreshing, modern interpretation of a classic British style. The sensory profile is defined by a delicate balance of light, bready malt and an unusually vibrant fruit character, featuring distinct notes of strawberry and stone fruit. These esters provide a succulent counterpoint to the firm, assertive bitterness that anchors the experience. Despite its pale appearance and approachable 4.5% ABV, it retains the crisp, dry finish essential to the style.
