This sessionable ale presents a modern twist on the classic British profile, leading with an aromatic 'drop kick' of citrus zest, grapefruit, and lime. The sensory experience is anchored by a traditional malt foundation, offering subtle notes of biscuit and toasted bread. Highly drinkable and refreshing, it balances a firm hop bitterness with the bright, fruity characteristics of the Citra variety, resulting in a crisp, dry finish that invites another sip while remaining true to its low-gravity heritage.
Appearance. Pale amber to light copper (8–14 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Low to moderate off-white head with fair retention and light lacing.
