This collaborative Belgian Dark Strong Ale delivers a masterful interplay of deep malt complexity and Belgian yeast expression. A robust foundation of Pils, Munchener, and Caramel malts builds a rich, toasty base, while the addition of Roggemout introduces a subtle, spicy rye depth to the grain bill. Intense aromas of dark fruits like figs and dates emerge, balanced by the floral and herbal nuances of Magnum, Pioneer, and Archer hops. At a potent 12.5% ABV, it delivers a smooth, warming sensation that complements its velvety, medium-full body. Appearance. Deep coppery-brown with mahogany highlights (SRM 20). It features a huge, dense, moussy tan-colored head with excellent persistence and thick lacing. Clarity is clear despite the dark hue.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of bready-toasty Munich malt and deep caramel. Strong esters reminiscent of raisins, plums, and dried cherries are prominent. Low spicy phenols and a soft, perfumy alcohol presence are evident. Hop character is low, contributing a light herbal and floral quality.
