This Session Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory profile that belies its sessionable strength. The fermentation with Kveik yeast imparts a distinctive grapefruit and stone fruit ester profile, which serves as a lush foundation for the Cryo Pop hop blend. These hops deliver an intense aromatic bouquet of resinous pine and juicy peach, characteristic of a modern American IPA. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, supported by a lean, grainy malt backbone that ensures high drinkability. While lighter in alcohol, it maintains a marked bitterness and a complex fruity depth, finishing crisp and dry with lingering notes of tropical fruit and forest floor.
Appearance. Medium gold (6-7 SRM) with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves intricate lacing. The beer presents with a significant, opaque haze consistent with the hazy style.
