Kashmir Franz is an elegant Munich Helles that embodies German tradition through a gluten-free lens. Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 4 SRM) and brilliantly clear. Features a persistent, creamy white head with excellent retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate grainy-sweet malt aroma with hints of fresh dough and light biscuit. Low herbal and floral hop character from the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial malt-forward impression of cereal and soft honey, derived from the Pilsner and Munich malts. Low bitterness provides just enough balance to the grainy sweetness without becoming sharp.
