Karma Sumera is a nuanced Belgian Tripel that masterfully balances a complex malt foundation with a subtle tapestry of spices. Pouring a deep golden yellow with a slight veil, it releases a vibrant aroma of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, underscored by peppery phenols. The palate opens with a soft, honey-like sweetness that quickly gives way to a firm bitterness and a warming, spicy alcohol presence. Despite its fuller body, the beer maintains high effervescence and achieves a remarkably dry, clean finish. Appearance. Deep golden yellow, slightly veiled clarity (SRM 6). Thick, fine-textured white foam with excellent persistence and Belgian lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of spicy, peppery phenols and fruity esters reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit like pear and peach. Low grainy-sweet malt character and a noticeable, pungent alcohol presence that adds a spicy edge.

Taste. Initial sweet malt impression of honey and grain. This is quickly balanced by moderate to high bitterness and a significant yeast-driven character featuring cloves and citrus. The alcohol provides a spicy, pungent punch. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering spicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with high, effervescent carbonation. Evident but well-integrated alcohol warmth that provides a spicy tingle without being harsh. Smooth, slightly creamy texture from the fine foam.
