Karma Centesimale is a sophisticated Fruit Beer that celebrates local terroir through the addition of Annurca apple and Pallagrello grape must. It presents a deep copper hue topped by a compact beige head. The aroma is defined by an intense fruitiness, specifically macerated red fruits reminiscent of spirits, layered over a sturdy malt base. On the palate, the initial sweetness of toasted malts and cooked Pallagrello must is gracefully balanced by a refreshing, light acidity from the apples. Despite the robust strength, the finish remains remarkably dry and drinkable, expertly integrating vinous complexity with orchard fruit character.

Appearance. Dark copper with mahogany highlights (SRM 18-22). Fine, compact, and persistent beige head with excellent lacing. Generally clear to slightly hazy.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of red fruits and spirits. Pronounced notes of Pallagrello grape must and the floral-tart scent of Annurca apple. Moderate toasted malt and caramel sweetness. Hop aroma is very low to absent.

Taste. Initial impression is rich and malty, featuring deep flavors of cooked grape must and caramel. A subtle, bright acidity emerges mid-palate from the fruit additions. Low hop bitterness. The finish is clean and dry with a lingering vinous aftertaste and elegant fruit esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, slightly velvety texture. Moderate-high carbonation provides a lively lift. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Very low astringency.
