Appearance. Amber color (12-14 SRM); brilliant clarity; fine-textured ivory head with excellent persistence and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit (mango, papaya) with an herbaceous and slightly resinous edge. Moderate caramel and toasted biscuit malt aromas provide a supportive, sweet-leaning backdrop. Clean fermentation profile.
