Party Wave is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a saturated hop profile driven by Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Simcoe. The aroma leads with an intense wave of tropical passionfruit and ripe peach from the Galaxy hops, layered over bright grapefruit zest from Citra and a resinous pine depth from Simcoe. On the palate, the hop-forward character remains dominant, offering Mosaic-driven flavors of blueberry and mango supported by a lean, bready malt backbone. A firm, clean bitterness cuts through the fruitiness, leading to a crisp, dry finish. Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with a light, persistent haze. Features a medium-sized, creamy white head with excellent persistence and substantial lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, specifically passionfruit and mango, alongside citrus zest and a distinct piney resin. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character provides a subtle background, with a very low fermentation ester profile.
