This grain character is perfectly countered by the distinctive Harmonie hops, which provide a delicate, spicy, and floral bouquet that lingers without harshness. Despite its sessionable 4.2% ABV, the beer maintains a remarkably soft, rounded mouthfeel typical of traditional Bohemian brewing. Appearance. Deep gold (5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready-rich malt notes and a refined spicy and herbal hop character from the Harmonie variety. Very low diacetyl adds a hint of butterscotch complexity, while fermentation esters are absent.
