This refreshing Belgian Blond Ale presents a vibrant, sensory-rich experience characterized by its double-fermented complexity. The aromatic profile is led by the bright, citrusy influence of Cascade and Amarillo hops, yielding distinct notes of grapefruit and orange that meld with traditional Belgian yeast esters. Brewed with a blend of malted barley and wheat, the beer offers a grainy-sweet foundation and a signature velvety mouthfeel. The palate is exceptionally balanced, featuring a subtle honey-like sweetness and a soft, thirst-quenching finish. Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (SRM 4-6); large, dense, creamy white head with excellent lacing; slightly cloudy clarity due to the use of wheat and bottle re-fermentation.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a grainy-sweet, crackery malt character and a hint of honey. Prominent hop-derived citrus notes of orange and grapefruit from the Cascade and Amarillo additions. Subtle yeast-derived spicy-peppery phenols and fruity esters complement the clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial grainy-sweet malt flavor with a touch of caramelized sugar. Moderate hop flavor featuring citrus and floral notes. Medium bitterness that balances the malty start without being aggressive. Low yeast-driven spicy phenols and orange esters are present.
