This American Pale Ale showcases a vibrant intercontinental hop profile, artfully blending the resinous pine of Chinook with the zesty lime of Motueka and the unique dark fruit and berry notes of African Queen. Biotransformation and enzymatic treatment enhance the sensory depth, producing high intensity aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Despite a significant addition of wheat and oats, the beer maintains a crisp, medium-light body designed for high drinkability. Appearance. Pale golden (6 SRM). Large, persistent white head with excellent lacing. Generally clear to slight haze due to the inclusion of wheat and oats.
Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring notes of lime, grapefruit, and subtle blackcurrant. Low neutral maltiness with a faint grainy-sweet character from the wheat. Clean fermentation profile with virtually no esters.
