Jopen As Told By Ginger is a vibrant American IPA that masterfully balances classic hop characteristics with a bold, botanical twist. The sensory profile opens with an intense bouquet of stone fruit and tropical notes, specifically highlighting juicy peach and passion fruit. Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (6–12 SRM). Generally clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of peach, passion fruit, and tropical fruit, accented by a hint of fresh pine. A distinct, zingy fresh ginger aroma provides a spicy, refreshing overlay, supported by low, clean, grainy maltiness.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's peach and tropical fruit character. Low, clean, grainy malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a medium-high to high bitterness. Fresh ginger provides a notable spicy bite and a zingy, warming sensation. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy and spicy ginger aftertaste.
