This refreshing Weissbier offers a playful interpretation of the traditional German wheat beer style. It presents a classic backbone of bready, doughy wheat and soft Pilsner malt, accented by the signature yeast-driven aromas of ripe banana and spicy clove. The addition of sweet watermelon integrates seamlessly, providing a unique fruity lift that enhances the beer’s summer character. Appearance. Pale gold with a dense, white, moussy head that exhibits excellent persistence. Significant haze from the high wheat content and suspended yeast creates a characteristic luminous glow.
