This Hazy IPA showcases a refined sensory profile led by a sophisticated blend of Strata, Idaho-7, and Bru-1 hops. It opens with an intense tropical bouquet of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and bright citrus. The use of Extra Pale malt creates a clean, lightly bready foundation that allows the multifaceted hop character to shine without the distraction of caramel or toast. The palate is exceptionally soft and juicy, delivering flavors of stone fruit and berry with a restrained bitterness. A pillowy mouthfeel and a smooth, off-dry finish define this elegant and highly drinkable modern ale.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous glow. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
