Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4–5 SRM). Hazy and unfiltered with a voluminous, rocky white head that demonstrates excellent retention and intricate Belgian lacing. Highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Bright, zesty Ginger and herbal Tarragon dominate initially, followed by subtle sweet Cantaloupe and pome fruit esters. Low grainy malt sweetness and a faint, earthy hop presence provide a rustic foundation.
