Necrølith is a massive Imperial Stout that commands attention with its dense, dark profile. Utilizing a sturdy base of Maris Otter alongside Simpsons caramel and chocolate malts, it delivers profound layers of bittersweet cocoa and rich toffee. The addition of five hundred pounds of sourdough bread introduces a singular, earthy, and toasty dimension that weaves through the traditional roasted grain character. Its high viscosity and integrated warmth reflect the significant scale of the brew, resulting in a complex, bready harmony of charred grain and subtle dark fruit that finishes with a lingering, bittersweet complexity.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque with a dense, persistent deep tan head that leaves thick lacing. Visible legs and high viscosity are apparent when swirled, indicative of the high alcohol and extract content.
