This Hazy IPA from Jester King presents an inviting, saturated profile driven by a bold trio of hops. Galaxy provides intense bursts of passionfruit and citrus, while Sabro introduces unique notes of creamy coconut and tropical fruit. Strata rounds out the bouquet with layers of strawberry and a hint of herbal dankness. Fermented with Imperial A38 Juice yeast, the beer exhibits a punchy ester profile that complements the hop aromatics. The result is a vibrant, juice-like experience with a soft, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness that highlights the complex interplay of modern New World hop varieties against a delicate, bready malt backdrop.

Appearance. Pale straw to golden-orange with a profound, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky white head with excellent persistence and meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a tropical fruit medley of passionfruit, mango, and pineapple. Distinctive coconut and soft lime notes from the Sabro hops emerge alongside a ripe berry character. A clean, bready, and slightly grainy malt presence sits in the background, supported by fruity yeast esters.

Taste. A wave of tropical fruit flavors, specifically passionfruit and strawberry, leads into a creamy coconut mid-palate. The malt is lightly bready and neutral, serving as a canvas for the massive hop expression. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, never sharp or harsh. The finish is soft and off-dry, lingering with juicy fruit remnants.
