This Brett Beer showcases an intense refermentation with Texas blueberries, resulting in a jammy, fruit-forward profile that melds seamlessly with the signature mixed culture. Aromas of sun-ripened berries are layered over complex farmhouse funk—notes of wet hay and earthy barnyard—tempered by soft wheat, barley, and subtle oak tannins.
