Colour Five is a vibrant Brett Beer that captures the essence of the Texas landscape. Brewed with Texas-grown grain and well water, this barrel-aged wild ale undergoes a transformative re-fermentation with fresh Texas blueberries. The sensory experience is dominated by the fruit, offering evocative notes of creamy blueberry yogurt and baked blueberry turnover. Subtle earthy funk from aged hops and Brettanomyces complements the bright berry character. The barrel aging imparts a delicate wood structure, while the finish remains exceptionally dry and crisp.
