Appearance. 2–4 SRM. Very pale straw to light yellow with a distinct milky, whitish-yellow cloudiness from starch haze. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a balance of grainy wheat and bready malt. Notable perfumy-lemony coriander and zesty orange citrus aromatics. Subtle background notes of meadow herbs and a light honey-like sweetness are present, with no hop aroma.
